Secure sign-in for school staff, parents and learners
Need to register an entire school campus? Start Registration Wizard
New staff: use the activation code the school office gave you to set your own password.
Create your parent or guardian account. With a ward link code from the school you are linked to your child straight away; without one, you can ask the school after registering.
Learners: sign in with the admission number and the Student PIN your school gave you.
Forgotten your password?
- Learners, teachers and parents: contact your school office. The school administrator resets your password and gives you a one-time password.
- School administrators: contact the MySchoolPortal platform team, who reset it after confirming who you are.
- Sign in with the one-time password. You will be asked to choose a new password straight away.
For your security, passwords are never sent by SMS or email in plain text.
